Audit and Maintenance
Per-website audit checklist — Security & Infrastructure, Performance, SEO & Crawling, WordPress/CMS, Analytics & Tracking, Communication/Contact, and Images, each backed by a real scan.
Security & Infrastructure, Performance, SEO & Crawling, WordPress/CMS, Analytics & Tracking, Communication/Contact, and Images auto-fill from a real scan (Scan / Re-run Audit Checks). On-Page Functionality stays manual — check it by visiting the directly.
Speed Performance
Full PSI / CrUX field-data tracking per website — mirrors the Website Performance sheet. Select rows, then Test Speed to test just those.

Task Board
Diagnostic failures and visual issues, routed and tracked to resolution. Open an issue to comment, attach files, or update its status.
Settings
Application-wide API keys, scoring reference, and bot allowlisting.
API Keys
Application-wide — not per client or websiteUsed for every website's scans — saving a key here takes effect immediately, for every scan from then on. Leave the field blank and click Save to make no change. The full key is never shown anywhere once saved.
Roles & Permissions
Add, edit, or delete roles and configure exactly what each one can do. A role with users assigned, or the built-in Super Admin role, can't be deleted.
Clients
A Client groups one or more websites under the same name, picked on the Add/Edit Website form or added directly here. Renaming one here updates it everywhere it's used, immediately. Deleting one unassigns it from every website using it — they go back to "— No Client —" — rather than deleting or hiding the websites themselves.
Scoring & Status Reference
The exact thresholds used wherever this app shows a website's status — Websites, Speed Performance, and the Dashboard. Not editable here; these are fixed scoring rules, not per-site preferences.
GTmetrix Performance score bands (used for its own color coding, same pattern):
A separate status is also computed and stored right after each scan for internal bookkeeping, using lab-measured Core Web Vitals instead of real-user field data and without the page-weight rule — it can occasionally differ from what's shown throughout the app, which always reflects the logic above.
Bot Identification & Allowlisting
For onboarding a new client's WAF / security pluginPageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix results come from Google's / GTmetrix's own servers, not this system, so they're never affected by a client's firewall. The real-time SSL certificate check and the Audit & Maintenance checks (homepage fetch, robots.txt, sitemap, llms.txt, and a couple of fixed CMS-detection paths) run directly from this backend as the identity below — they're the ones that can get blocked, and the ones worth allowlisting on a new client website.
207.246.114.51
TDI-Intelyzr-Bot/1.0 (+https://thedigitalintellect.com/bot-info)
This is the exact identity string this backend sends with every SSL-certificate check and Audit & Maintenance request — never for PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix, which never touch the client's server at all. A client's WAF or security plugin has no way to tell this apart from a malicious scraper unless it's told to allow it, which is exactly what the 6 setups below walk through. If a website's SSL check or Audit checks suddenly start failing/timing out right after a client installs or updates a security plugin, this is almost always why — allowlisting the IP and this exact User-Agent string resolves it.
TDI-Intelyzr-Bot, not an IP — robots.txt is a crawl-directive file, not a firewall, but some basic bot filters check it.- Open the robots.txt editor (or connect via FTP).
- Add:
User-agent: TDI-Intelyzr-BotthenAllow: / - Save.
/robots.txt and confirm those two lines appear.207.246.114.51; optionally the User-Agent too, as a second rule.- Security → WAF → Tools → IP Access Rules.
- Add
207.246.114.51, action Allow, scoped to this website. - Save. Optionally add a Custom rule: User-Agent contains "TDI-Intelyzr-Bot" → action Skip (covers Bot Fight Mode).
207.246.114.51 — Wordfence's allowlist is IP-based, with no reliable per-request User-Agent rule.- Wordfence → Firewall → Blocking tab.
- Add
207.246.114.51under "Allowlisted IP addresses that bypass all rules." - Save Changes.
207.246.114.51.- Security → Settings → Global Settings tab.
- Add
207.246.114.51to "Allow List" (one IP per line). - Save.
207.246.114.51, at the host/server level — shared-hosting WAF rules are usually server-wide.- Check cPanel → Security → IP Blocker for an existing deny rule and remove it.
- Ask the host to allowlist
207.246.114.51in ModSecurity/CSF (WHM: ConfigServer Security & Firewall → Quick Allow). - Ask them to confirm any custom ModSecurity rules also exclude this IP.
207.246.114.51; the User-Agent too if Bad Bot Blocker is on.- RSFirewall! → System → Exceptions.
- Add exception IP
207.246.114.51, type Allow (bypasses checks entirely, not just a lower risk score). - Save. If Bad Bot Blocker is enabled (System → Scanner/Protection), also allowlist the User-Agent string.
The thedigitalintellect.com/bot-info URL identifies TDI as the operator, not the deployment — it stays the same no matter which server, environment, or client website is being scanned. It only needs to change if TDI's own domain changes, or if this system is ever white-labeled for another agency. The egress IP above should be re-confirmed if the backend is ever redeployed to a different server.
